For Me To Be The Best Me I Can Be, I Must Be Willing To Pour Into Myself!!

1 Samuel 30:6

And David was greatly distressed, for the people spake of stoning him, becasue the soul of all the people were grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God.

  1. **_________________________ ______________________**: Start each day with a scripture reading to set a positive tone for the day.  Romans 15:4 For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the [a]patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.  Psalm 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night

2. **__________________________________**: Memorize verses that resonate with you, so you can recall them when needed. Psalm 119:11 Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.

John 15:7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you[a] will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

3. **__________________________________**: Write down verses that inspire you and reflect on how they apply to your life. Habakkuk 2:2 Then the Lord answered me and said:“Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.   Jeremiah 30:2  “Thus speaks the Lord God of Israel, saying: ‘Write in a book for yourself all the words that I have spoken to you.

4. **__________________________________**: Take time to meditate on a verse, allowing its meaning to sink in and uplift you. Joshua 1:8  This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you[a] shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.  Psalm 119:48 My hands also I will lift up to Your commandments, Which I love, And I will meditate on Your statutes.

5. **__________________________________ (Church Fellowship)**: Share verses with like-minded individuals for mutual encouragement and support. Acts 2:42-44

42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. 44 Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common.     I Corinthians 1:10 Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all [a]speak the same thing, and that there be no [b]divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

6. **__________________________________**: Use scripture in your prayers, aligning your words with the promises and wisdom found in the Bible.  Isaiah 41:10Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’   Ephesians 6:18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

7. **__________________________________**: Reflect on how scripture has positively impacted your life, fostering a sense of gratitude. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.    Psalm 103:1-2   Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! 2  Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits

8. **__________________________________**: Seek guidance from a religious leader or mentor who can offer insights into applying scripture to your challenges. Proverbs 18:15 The heart of the prudent acquires knowledge, And the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.   Proverbs 13:20 He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will be destroyed

9. **__________________________________**: Listen to or sing hymns and songs based on scripture to reinforce its messages.1 Samuel 16:23 And so it was, whenever the spirit from God was upon Saul, that David would take a harp and play it with his hand. Then Saul would become refreshed and well, and the distressing spirit would depart from him.    Ephesians 5:19  Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,

10. **__________________________________**: Act on the teachings of scripture, letting its wisdom guide your decisions James 1:22-25 22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; 24 for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.   Matthew 7:24 “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:
